So the crew successfully burned out that fire but remember that doesnt mean the GAP Fire is extinguished. This only shows a small portion of the larger fire that they stopped from running away and making a new fire. So the main body of the Gap Fire in the Los Padres Nat'l Forest could still be burning very hot. Pretty neat to find out how all this works.
