Pregnancy Goal

Well I started my running seriously again so I have to keep it up daily.
Yesterday I jumped on the treadmill and ran 1mile at a 4.0 speed for 15:12 minutes.
Before I got pregnant I was running 1 mile at 4.8 to 5.0 speed in 12:00 to 13:00 minutes.
So Im hoping to improve on my endurance and sustain an entire 2 mile run at a 4.0 speed.
Remember! I have to take that glucose test on Sept 21st to wish me well and hope I can work on my endurance.

My goal is to maintain a good pace for 2 miles without pooping out and run it under 29:30 mins. Thats just under 15 mins per mile. I can do that now but after one mile im ALOT pooped!
